Every individual human being is a unique presence in our world, exhibiting characteristics through which he or she identifies him/herself as belonging to a single unit, interest group or multiple groups. The revelation of the identity whether single or multiple, and the shift of which where required is dependent on the demands, needs, circumstances and the environment of the situation. So complex are people, making it difficult in dealing with their Rights, Responsibilities and the pursuit of Equality between and among individuals and groups in our human society.

 On the other hand: assessing the needs of the wider society composed of different interest groups, different and distinct nationals, culturally, linguistically and religiously sensitive individuals and groups on one side; and, providing the welfare and security function to each individual of the Nation equitably without discrimination, and promoting patriotism and National Unity from each distinct individual of the diverse society of the Nation on the other; and drawing an optimum balance between serving the interest of individuals and groups and providing security to the Nation and the State while complying with National and International Legal Obligations, is a great dilemma for any and every Government, State and the Political Leader.

 Having a greater understanding of this complexity in individuals and groups; their concerns, needs and aspirations; the barriers and disadvantage to achieving their fullest potentials which are beneficial to themselves and the wider society, the dilemma of the Leaders of States with distinct ideologies, the Governments and States, is the key to the uniqueness of the Global Equality Consultancy in providing the best service.

 The law does not always provide a remedy or protect an individual who experience discrimination or inequality, but a greater understanding of the rights of self and others would contribute towards a greater change.
